The pilot begins with the first Q&A session on Monday, September 28 and ends December 18, 2026.

And because you’ll be joining as one of my Founding Members, if you choose to continue after the pilot and I continue the membership, you’ll keep your special $37/month Founding Member rate throughout 2027, as long as your membership remains continuously active. The regular membership rate in 2027 will be $69/month.

Terms & Conditions for Trading Mindset Club Founding Membership

By purchasing the Trading Mindset Club Founding Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Founding Membership Pilot

The Trading Mindset Club is being launched as a 3-month pilot running from September 28 through December 18, 2026.

The purpose of the Club is to provide structured and ongoing support to help members with their trading mindset and work through mindset-related challenges as they arise.

As a Founding Member, you are joining the Club during its pilot phase and understand that the format, schedule, content, or features may be adjusted based on the experience and feedback gathered during the pilot.

2. What Your Membership Includes

During the pilot, your membership includes:

Total six 60-minute live online Q&A sessions with Agnieszka Wood, offered live at two different times to accommodate different schedules and time zones (one every two weeks).
Access to the private Ahead Coach Student Community on Facebook, where members can connect with other traders and where members of the Ahead Coach team may participate in conversations, answer questions, and offer support.
Access to Q&A session recordings through the online membership platform for as long as your membership remains active.
Additional resources, or practical tips that may be shared from time to time to help members practice and strengthen their trading mindset skills.

Community access does not include private or individual coaching, guaranteed response times, or continuous access to Agnieszka Wood or members of the Ahead Coach team.

3. Pilot Investment

The investment for the full Founding Membership pilot is a one-time payment of $111.

This payment provides access to the pilot through December 18, 2026 and does not automatically renew or convert into a monthly subscription at the end of the pilot.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except if Ahead Coach decides not to move forward with the pilot due to insufficient enrollment, as described below.

4. Sufficient Enrollment and Pilot Refund

The Trading Mindset Club is a new pilot and is subject to sufficient enrollment.

If Ahead Coach determines that there is not sufficient enrollment to move forward with the pilot, the pilot will not begin and your $111 payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

If the pilot proceeds as scheduled, no refunds will be issued, including for missed live sessions, lack of participation, or a member’s decision not to use or complete the membership.

5. Founding Member Rate for 2027

If Ahead Coach chooses to continue the Trading Mindset Club after the pilot, Founding Members will have the opportunity to continue their membership at the special rate of $37 per month throughout 2027.

Continuation after the pilot is optional and will require separate enrollment. The pilot membership will not automatically renew or convert into a monthly subscription.

The $37/month Founding Member rate will remain available as long as your membership remains continuously active. If you cancel and later decide to rejoin, the Founding Member rate will no longer apply and you will be required to join at the membership rate available at that time.

The regular Trading Mindset Club membership rate in 2027 will be $69 per month.

Any continued membership after the pilot will be subject to the membership terms and cancellation policy in effect at that time.

6. Live Sessions and Schedule Changes

Live Q&A sessions are currently offered on Mondays at 7 PM Eastern Time and Thursdays at 12 PM Eastern Time.

Because the Trading Mindset Club is being tested as a pilot, Ahead Coach reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to session dates, times, format, or platform when necessary. Members will be notified of significant scheduling changes.

If no members join a scheduled live Q&A session within the first 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, that session will be canceled. No replay will be available for a session canceled due to no attendance.

Attendance at live sessions is optional. Missing a live session does not qualify a member for a refund because recordings of sessions that take place will be made available through the membership platform.

7. Recording of Live Sessions

Trading Mindset Club live Q&A sessions are recorded and made available to members.

By participating in a live session, you acknowledge and agree that your name, voice, video, chat messages, questions, and comments may be captured in the recording and made available to other Trading Mindset Club members.

If you do not wish to appear or be heard in a recording, you may choose not to participate live and watch the replay instead.

Recordings are provided exclusively for member use and may not be copied, downloaded, distributed, reproduced, published, sold, or shared outside the membership without written permission from Ahead Coach.

8. Community Support and Conduct

Members are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally with other members, coaches, and the Ahead Coach team.

Harassment, abusive behavior, inappropriate conduct, unauthorized solicitation, sharing another member's confidential information, or distributing membership content outside the community may result in removal from the Trading Mindset Club without a refund.

The Student Community is intended to provide connection and support, but it is not continuously monitored. Participation by Agnieszka Wood and the Ahead Coach team will vary, and membership does not include guaranteed daily responses or individual coaching.

9. Member Privacy and Confidentiality

The Trading Mindset Club is intended to be a supportive environment where members may discuss personal experiences related to trading.

Members agree to respect the privacy of other members and not share, reproduce, post, or distribute another member's comments, experiences, screenshots, videos, or other information outside the Club without that person's permission.

10. Educational Purpose and Trading Disclaimer

The Trading Mindset Club provides education, coaching, and community support related to trading mindset and personal development.

Nothing provided through the Club constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, and no specific trading or financial results are guaranteed.

Trading involves risk, and each member remains solely responsible for their own trading decisions, risk management, and financial outcomes.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through the Trading Mindset Club, including recordings, tools, exercises, resources, training materials, and other content created by Ahead Coach, are provided for the member's personal use only.

Membership does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, publish, share, or commercially use Ahead Coach materials without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Ahead Coach Privacy Policy:

13. Modifications to the Membership

Because this is a pilot program, Ahead Coach may make reasonable modifications to the content, format, platforms, schedule, resources, or features of the Trading Mindset Club.

If a significant change materially affects the membership, members will be notified.

14. Third-Party Platforms

The Trading Mindset Club currently uses third-party platforms including Facebook, Zoom, and Kajabi.

Ahead Coach is not responsible for outages, technical interruptions, account restrictions, or changes made by third-party service providers that are outside of its reasonable control.

Members are responsible for maintaining any accounts or technology necessary to access these services.

By purchasing the Trading Mindset Club Founding Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
